The Russian Science has a lot of famous traditions including electrocardiology. Father-founder of clinical electrocardiology in Russia was student of Nobel Prize Laureat Ivan Pavlov.

One of the founding fathers of electrocardiology was Alexander Samoylov, the close friend and colleague of Willem Einthoven. Nowadays new tenors of electrocardiology are developing, new systems of Holter monitoring and Noninvasive Electrocardiology are being developed.
